Thundercross Mx Park, a Florida "must-ride" motocross track, is closing it's gates. According to recent posts on the track's Facebook page, the Thundercross track has changed hands, and will now be owned and operated by Motovision Goggles (the Zimmerman family). The exact details have yet to be verified. Florida MOTO News hopes to bring you further information on the subject soon, as well as coverage of the re-opening of each of these great tracks. Thundercross will be open Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (July 7-9) from 10am-dark (call before you haul). Those will be the last days of Thundercross Mx Park. Thundercross will soon become Florida Cycle Park, with a re-opening date of Aug.15th. The Dyess family, who made Thundercross Mx Park one of Florida's best motocross destinations will now be taking over Bithlo Motorsports in Orlando. The new name for the Bithlo track will be Orlando Mx Park, and the Dyess family hopes to see everyone at the track's grand re-opening! The date will be posted on the track's Facebook page soon. Motocrossers in Florida will soon have two "NEW", old favorites to put on their list of fun places to ride!
